The Modrn Wellness workshop space is a community space that can be rented to host workshops, classes, and other private events. If you are interested in renting our space, please read below and follow the steps listed.

* Half day rentals provide you with 5 hours between 7am-3pm or 3pm-9pm
** Full day rentals provide you with 10 hours between 7am-9pm week days

STEP 1: review common FAQs

The following document has been put together to help answer any and all questions that you may have about our space. Please make sure to review this document prior to moving to step 2. This document includes information about the space, hours of operation, rental options, pricing, acceptable uses, rental requirements, occupancy options and more.

STEP 2: Fill Out the Application

If you are interested in hosting an event, workshop or class at Modrn Sanctuary, please select the appropriate form below and fill out the application.

STEP 3: The Agreement & Credit Card Authorization Form

Once we have reviewed and approved your event, an agreement will be sent over to you for your review and approval. A credit card authorization form must be filled out and submitted along with your agreement.

STEP 4: Liability Insurance

Along with your signed contract, you will be required to submit a copy of your Liability Insurance with Modrn Sanctuary Philadelphia AND The Wellness Collective listed as additionally insured. This must be received by Modrn no later than 3 business day before the event to avoid event cancellation.

STEP 5: Workshop Details for the Modrn Website

Once steps 1-4 have been completed, you will be asked to send along the details of your event should you like Modrn to add them to our event page. Please note that all events, workshops and classes are the obligation of you to market and fill. For additional information on Modrn’s event support, please visit the FAQ’s in Step 1. Once submitted please allow for up to 2 days for the information to be added to the site. All event that elect to be listed on the Modrn website will be outlined at ModrnSanctuaryPA.com/events.

STEP 6: RSVP’s

All event hosts are required to provide their own RSVP links, In addition, they are required to collect their own ticket payments. For classes, all attendees must fill out a liability waiver that also includes the Modrn Sanctuary Waiver.
