Bianca S. Hart is a Usui Reiki Second Degree Practitioner. She received her certification from the Rebel Soul Reiki School. She began her spiritual journey 10 years ago. Like most, it started with mediation as a way to manage her anxiety and all of life's ups and downs. Over time, she incorporated deeper ways of connecting with the Universe and myself - including sensory deprivation, aromatherapy, and journaling. Shadow Work allowed Bianca to accept and develop her spiritual gifts and discover her soul's purpose - to help others through energy work.
Positive or negative, energy affects every facet of our lives. Working with energy brings Bianca joy that she is compelled to share with others.
